MEMORIAM
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say
But first of all, to let you know that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from the Rainbow Bridge.
Here I dwell with God above
Here there is no more tears of sadness; there is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight
Remember that I am with you every morning noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you.
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while
you were gone.
As for your dearest family they'll be here later on.
I need you badly, you are part of My plan
There's so much we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things that He wished for me to do
And foremost on the list was to watch and care for you,
And when you lie in bed at night the days chores put to flight,
God and I are close to you in the middle of the night.
When you think of life on earth and all those loving years
Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears
But do not be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain
Remember there could be no flowers, unless there could be some rain
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
If I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth in over
Now, more than ever before my life to you is closer.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb
But together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too
That as you give the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain
Then you can say to God at night and "my day was not in vain."
And now I am contented that my life was worth while,
Knowing as I passed along the way I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
Lend a hand to pick him up as on your way you go.
When you are walking down the street and you've got me
on your mind
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go, from your body to be free,
Remember you re not going. You re coming here to me.

Payton
2000-2011
We picked you up at the airport and we will never forget that day. Seeing you for the first time and instantly falling in love.
You were such a joy to bring home as our first pet together. What a wonderful puppy that brought so much happiness and laughter.
As the months and years went by we greatly enjoyed watching you grow and becoming the most loyal and loving family member.
You welcomed our two sons into our home and our family was complete as we always said we were a family of five.
We will always remember the times you made us laugh, your outstanding personality, our games of hide and seek, chasing each other
up and down the hallway, and the most perfect snores you could make when you were so relaxed and resting.
Then came the day for you to rest eternally and that is a day we wished never had to come. You gave us over 10 wonderful years and those years will never be forgotten.
You will always have a special place in all of our hearts. “Poochie”
We miss you so very much and we know there will be a day when we will be reunited again. We love you.

I'd like to ask everyone to take a moment of prayer for our beloved Mia who gave us ten and a half wonderful loving years. She was the sweetest most loyal dog ever and she deserves a loving farewell!
We all LOVE you Mia. Have fun with Chompie and China!
Thanks to everyone~ The Murai and Bruton family!
CINDERELLA ROSE
June 2004-January 2011
Our beloved little girl, Cinderella Rose, gave us more love, joy and entertainment than we could ever have imagined
over the short time that we were able to have her as part of our lives. From the very first day that we saw this little bundle of
joy at Margem Hills come out of the kennel and rolled down the hill to getting her home and watching her run
into the fence, to her birthday celebration at the Westport Winery “Yappy Days” on her fourth Birthday.
She was truly the most lovely, adorable and charming pet that we could ever have had.
She will be missed terribly, but we will remember her with love every remaining day of our lives.
YOU HAVE BECOME…
You have become the wind that plays in my hair.
You have become the water that washes away my pain.
You have become the sun that takes away my tears.
You have become the shadow who gives me the power to fight with all my fears.
Now you are in heaven, sleeping your endless sleep,
Living your prettiest dreams on a cloud, so soft and so deep….

“KIRBY”
September 2001 to July 2010
Our wonderful friend was a constant joy and a special companion.
We loved our life with him and he made us better humans.
The cuddles, frolics and conversations will forever be special memories of our sweet boy.
He didn’t seem to know he was a dog and although his English was limited, those that met him were amazed at his ability to relate and communicate.
Kirby was famous in Indianola, and knew more people in the neighborhood than we did.
He has a commemorative paver at the Community Center.
Thank you very much, Dee Dee

She was a wonderful and loving member of our family for 14 years known to all as my little girl and best friend, "Teddy". After living in Gresham for over 12 years we made the move to Ohio to be with my daughter and her family. She made the trip in a crowded car and never fussed a bit.
This January she left me to play with all her siblings and mother and father. I had her cremated and placed in an urn so she can remain with me until I go and then hers will be mixed with mine. I don't think I will ever own another dog as she spoiled me as the best dog I ever had.
Thank you so much for the opportunity and I hope all your owners will find similar loyalty in one of your pups. Please know that I was very proud of her.

To My Baby Girl I am sitting thru tears and trying to write, the words I want you to hear, to make some sense as to why you’re no longer here. You were taken from me too soon by mistakes that were made, how I wish I could go change what happened that day. I have got to believe in my heart, your soul has gone to be, with all the other angel dogs including your mommy - Hootie.
I cannot come to be with you, until the Lord says it is my time; so do not be afraid my baby girl , that he has only called for you.
The bed is empty where you once laid your head, but I dream one day our eyes will meet as you come to greet me by nudging my hand.
Until then, I'll keep trying to see through the pain, never forget one minute we spent, of loving and cuddling, and all the places you and I went.
I fear the day when your scent goes away, for it's "proof" to me that you’re no longer here! I pray for the day, when I'll start to see through, the grief of the moment, and remember just "you”. So go and play, and look down when you can, remembering how much I love and miss you and know that I will be with you one day.
